Students must be located in NSW at the time of their training - please see student agreements and cancellation fees if you proceed to make a booking when you are not located in NSW at the time of training! PPE is compulsory for the Virtual White Card Course! NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • I understand that there is a 48-hour requirement for cancellations
  • I understand that I will have to pay the full course fee will apply if I cancel on the day to reschedule. 
  • I understand that I will have to pay the full course fee if I fail to attend the class, or am unprepared for the course.
  • No refund will be issued if I am found not yet competent
  • No refund is issued if you fail to turn up with incorrect ID and/or equipment. FULL COURSE FEE FOR RE-ENROLMENTS.
  • Students must know what the requirements are for face to face/or online delivery
